"MacOS Ventura" 13.4 - games work incorrect with "X Box One S" controller. Help, please

Hi everyone!

I am facing the following problem:

I have MacBook Pro 2018 and on the MacOS Ventura, almost no game works on the XBox One S controller. The macOS system sees it via bluetooth, connects to it, but almost no game sees it. Exceptions are Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Sleeping Dogs (but even in these games, the controller does not work correctly). I searched all over the Internet for solutions, but I did not find it, unfortunately. :-(
I also turned off the controller mapping in Steam, it did not help.
I saw threads on Reddit where people also complained about this problem, but no solution was found. How to make games start seeing the Xbox One S controller? What should I do?(

I had to manually allow Steam to access Bluetooth or vice versa (on MacOS). MacOS Ventura saw my controller. Steam saw controller (In Big Picture Mode) and game saw it too. However, although the game now sees it and react, it still does not work correctly (just same like it was on MacOs Big Sur). Some buttons do not work in game or working incorrect.

Any ideas?
