Indeed, the CS2 beta is Windows only.

Is Counter-Strike 2 available on Mac?
No. At this time CS2 is not available on Mac.

Such a terrible decision, so why you have shut down GO for mac users, we have too many skins there and can't play anything now, you think is it fair ?

It's not Valve's fault Apple decided to axe 32-bit support and switch processor architecture. If I were Valve, I wouldn't be in a hurry to support any of their stuff.

What does that have to do with anything? CS GO was 64-bit and worked on Apple Silicon. I wouldn't count out a Mac port yet. It's very usual to release a Mac port later like the recent BG 3 and Resident Evil 4. Maybe it's just Valve not bothering as usual to communicate openly about Mac but being busy testing, because Steamdb shows other signs. Steam faq says not right now but the app info and configuration lists Mac. They created and updated a new depot just yesterday. They wouldn’t do that on the release day if they weren’t continuing working on the port.

Valve also says ”not available at this time”. So until word from Valve comes it’s safe to assume Mac support hasn’t been silently dropped. Valve seems to have bigger problems to fix than a Mac port right now so no Mac support at the moment. I read that a lot of modes and maps are just gone, including big modes like Danger Zone. Achievements are also gone too, and many Linux users are reporting performance issues. Even accessibility features like left handed mode are gone. I wonder what these problems mean for all the pro players.

CS:GO was not native on Apple Silicon. It required Rosetta2 which Apple will eventually drop. If Valve supports CS2 on Mac it will be when it is ready.

What do you mean csgo required rosetta2 on m macs? Ive played it for over a year, no rosetta1 or rosetta2 or any other rosettas were required. :)
csgo was perfectly fine on m mac.

now i tried to run win on wine - ♥♥♥♥ not cs2
also tried parallels to run win and its the same ♥♥♥♥. impossible to play, i got 20fps. when csgo had 200.

csgo wasn't arm native (so native to apple silicon devices), you had to have rosetta 2 installed on your mac to run it if you were on an apple silicon processor.
If you didn't got a message asking you to install rosetta 2 this means you already installed it for another app before
