Downloaded game is damaged can't be opened.

I have downloaded and installed Civilization VI several times. But since yesterday every time I attempted at downloading and playing it, once the download is finished and it tries to verify download and launch the game, is shows a message box with following message:
"Civilization VI" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to trash. The file was downloaded on an unknown date.

What's the fix? What's going on?
