I would also check the forums on the individual games, there is almost always going to be a mac discussion on the forum.
The last thing you can do is just try the game and return those that are not compatible. You can usually tell pretty fast if they don't work. Returned the Van Helsing games after a few seconds when it was obvious that despite the claim to support the machines I was using the game just was not going to run. Returned Bloons 2 at the two hour limit when it consistently crashed every time I played for about 20 minutes.
As for the specific games you list I have played Prison Architect and Undertale on my Air with no problems. I can't imagine you would have trouble with those on your newer, better specced machine. But I am not going to guarantee it.
