Steam can't start - There was an error parsing the Info.plist

Steam won't start for the last month. When I try to start it, the application's icon bounces a few times in the dock then just stops. I'm looking for some help in order to resolve this problem that prevents access to my whole steam game library.

I have already tried many things to debug this issue :
1- Delete ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle and then restart (downloads first patch of ~175Mb); restart again (downloads second patch of ~47Mb); restart again
2- Delete both ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steap.AppBundle and /Applications/Steam.app and restart the computer before reinstalling
3- Use the Terminal to start ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/steam_osx
4- Use Instruments to figure out which file is being loaded last before shutdown : ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/vgui2_s.dylib

The third attempt in the Terminal produces some interesting output :

You really need to tell us more about your Mac, i.e., what kind of Mac, OS, RAM, video card, etc.

Go to Finder:/Applications and right click on Steam then click on Show Package Contents and under MacOS there is steam_osx. Run it and wait for Steam to update. It should be ok after that. hopefully!
