Unable to find Steam installation folder (not in application support)

Looking for the installation folder so I can re-install Pixel Piracy (download was blocked by antivirus, so now it says I can play it but nothing's there). The Steam installation folder is not in application support, although that's where steam>preferences>downloads>steam library folders says it is. If you know know what's gone wrong, or another way to un-install a game, please help. Thanks!

EDIT: I now know it wasn't the antivirus, since uninstalling that and re-downloading the game did nothing. If you can help find the folder, please do, but I don't need to know how to uninstall the game. Thanks again!
