Looking at downloading BO3 + zombies chronicles add on and want to check if my this content is compatible with Macbookpro. In requirements OS it list windows something something..?

There is no Mac OS X compatible version of Black Ops 3. The game only supports Windows.

Steam Proton isn't an option either. Simply not working.

The only option would be by using Bootcamp and installing Windows on your Macbook Pro. Although unless it has a beefy dedicated videocard, i doubt the game will run at all.

Ugh so there is a lot of effort to go thru using bootcamp and purchasing windows etc...
Its a mid 2015 mac pro, processor: 2.5ghz Intel Core I7 Memory: 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 1563MB
I can run MW3 on it but am craving some zombie gameplay :(

That thing is lacking a dedicated videocard and can not run Black Ops 3.
