I’m planning on getting a Switch Pro Controller and was wondering how to use it on Mac

Next to the charging port on the top of the controller is a small button. Press and hold that while you have your bluetooth settings open on your Mac, and it should be visible like any other bluetooth device would be.
Pairs like a dream, unfortunately, I've had less luck finding games that actually support the pro controller. I know it works, because I can drive steam big picture mode, but none of the games I've tried actually respond to it at all.

edit:
Supposedly this is why, but I haven't bothered messing with anything yet.
