Apps in Launchpad

Hi,

Had a search of the forum and can't find anything relating to this. So for starters here's the spec of the machine I'm running, MacBook Pro 2017, i7 3.1GHz, 16Gb RAM, Radeon Pro 560 running macOS Sierra 10.12.6.

So thanks to a couple of other posts I've ben able to fix the issues where the only way to exit steam was to force quit. I'm now left with an annoying issue that steam no longer puts game shortcuts in launchpad. I've tried selecting create desktop shortcut again but it says it can't as it probably already exists.

Has anybody else encountered this and better yet, found a fix? Any help much appreciated.

The create icon is broken for a long time already till so far nobody found a fix. For the moment a work around to quickly launche games is by right clicking the steam Icon en select the game you want to start.
