The storepage clearly states that only Windows is compatible.
If you have Mojave, you can still play it.

I think only Black Ops 3 is the only COD playable on Catalina at this time or planned: Which is a bummer considering how many MW1 Mac players there are out there.

if you sheck aspry's websites its listed. its that the new macOS Catalina update. it will disable any 32 bit applications to run on Mac.
