not even close... that system is complete garbage. why did you buy a mac for gaming? buy an actual computer... not a mac.

Minimum:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: WINDOWS® 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 or AMD FX™-6300 or better
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 or AMD Radeon™ R7 260x with 2GB Video RAM
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 26 GB available space
Additional Notes: This game is expected to run at 1080p/30 FPS. If you have don't have enough graphics memory to run the game at your selected texture quality, you must go to Options > Graphics and lower the texture quality or shadow quality, or decrease the resolution. An internet connection is required for product activation. (Network connectivity uses Steam® developed by Valve® Corporation.)

1. The game does not support Mac OS X. You need a Windows OS.
2. See the system requirements for minimal performance.

i have windows installed through boot-camp so thouight it might work cos can play other windows games

You are still lacking the hardware to run the game. Having the software is not even remotely enough.

The as minimum listed GTX 760 is twice as fast as the desktop version of the Radeon HD 6870, your mobile variant is even slower.

ok cool thanks a million for your help
can you upgrade the graphic card???
Cathulhu Mar 13, 2019 @ 2:27am
Depends on the computer in question. Mobile variants are generally not upgradeable. This includes those All-in-One Computers which still use laptop hardware. The M in your Radeon HD6970M says it's a laptop version.

You can't upgrade anything on a mac, that is how apple makes their money. Forcing you to buy a new computer... buy some gaming desktop or build one yourself.

ok cool
thats great , what would you recommend for a new gaming pc that doesnt cost thousands
appreciate the help
Cathulhu Mar 14, 2019 @ 12:12pm
That's the good thing. They don't. Even a badass computer including a badass monitor would cost less than 2 000 US Dollar. Just because Apple computers are kinda overpriced for the performance they offer doesn't mean all computers are that expensive.
It depends on what games you aim to play, what your budget is, where you live and what parts you already have. Like a monitor.
