Error 1712 on Mac plus help mac us mac mini 10.9.5 mac os x high sierra

So since Wednesday 25 July 2018 I have been facing issues with my mac and I think it's due to the new update and so like I tried to play CS:GO I quitted to see something and it displayed steam.exe quit and then a button for relaunch.
