llbd command?
Whenever I launch Stardew Valley I'm caught in a pop-up that says 'The "lldb" command requires the command line developer tools.' I then have the option of getting Xcode (which I can't due to being on OS X 10.10 ). Or installing, which always ends in 'can't download the software because of network problems.' Only Stardew Valley has this. However, none of my other games will run as well but do not have this pop up. What can I do? It's all started after I updated.

the game crash is probably triggering a debugger tool (lldb) that you don't have installed, prompting this dialog box

Following this post. I'm having the same issue.. that llbd thing popped up and I ignored it at first, but then caved and entered my password and let it do it's thing... When I try to play, it says it's running the game, then syncing...then NOTHING happens. Anyone find a solution??

I have the same issue, so I'll follow as well. Although, I seem to have a problem with all my games.

I already tried reinstalling Stardew Valley, Steam, and Verifying Integrity of the Game Files.

Same here. I even reset my MacBook to factory settings and I still have the issue.
Googling doesn't return any related results. I think it's something on the end of ConcernedApe and/or Steam, so hopefully they notice soon.

This sounds like a weird form of the crash that is currently occurring when launching games while running macOS 10.7-10.10. There is a known issue where launching games while running the public a Steam client on an affected macOS version is causing a Steam component to crash. It sounds like this might be happening and there is some program registered to automatically start a debugger when a crash happens, leading to the lldb and Xcode prompts.

If you’re running one of the affected macOS versions I have a post that details the issue and a temporary workaround that you can find here:

Also having this issue with one of my games, any solutions?

I'm floored that I can't find an answer anywhere on the internet. Especially with people reporting this has happened as far back as 2016. I thought perhaps it might be a Steam issue, but some games work, and specifically one does not...

This is super frustrating.
