Can I run Rust on an iMac (late 2013)

Really been wanting to play some new games apart from CSGO
and wondering if I can run a game like RUST
Below are my specs

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013)
2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

If not can anyone recommend some games that would fit my computer
