macOS Mojave Version 10.14.2 Does not support steam?

ISSUE: when opening steam client it disappears after a few seconds of bouncing.

I tried fixing it by opening steam from a special APFS volume (like games L.o.L.). No change. When I deleted the entire Steam.AppBundle directory and re-installed it. The updater appeared. But the same problem occurred.

Previous High Sierra there were no problems with the steam client. (at least for me)

If you find an up to date fix please post below. Or if you know any details when the developers are planning to implement a new update to fix. Thank you for your support.

Ive had the same problem for about thepast month and I cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ find one solution so I gave up.Im trying to find one now because I keep seeing my friends playing and I get sad

mojave supports steam. this is not apple's fault but valve's... I updated steam this morning, and suddenly it stopped working. same issue as yours. it's not a volume issue, a font issue I believe (very frustrating), but can't entirely sure. the previous version of the app was working properly. I spent 4,5 hours to solve it, but theres none. best solution for mac users is using the time machine. now I downgrade the steam app to yesterday's, and have no problems. for me steam is not a reliable platform anymore. I suggest you approach the same, and have your own measurements. because steam is not stable on mac, and they don't really have full support for mac users!

Here's one you may not have tried, this is definitely a font issue. Open font book, go to file then restore fonts, do so, now try. It worked for me - only after after trying everything else of course.

Well still didnt work.Please Help.I can't even use time machine because I re downloaded it and cant turn back the files
Edit:I restored the font files to the standard and it didnt work still

Okay, don't give up. Try downloading these fonts from a repository. Tahoma Bold ttf and Tahoma ttf. These may in fact be missing and if so you can't restore them, obviously. It's worth a try because your crash log is the same as mine was, best of luck!
