Friends network unreachable constantly?
Been having this issue for a few days where the friends network is unavailable and wont connect.

Steam still works fine and I can still play games online and search the store, market etc. It just means that I am unable to see who is online or play with any friends.

I have tried restarting steam, reinstalling steam, opting into the beta, opting out of the beta, checked firewall settings.

I have logged into my account on a friends computer and it worked so I dont think it is anything to do with my account.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could help?

I have the same problem. My steam friends connects to 104.108.165.185 with a TLSv1.2 252 Client Hello. Then soon after receives a TLSv1.2 61 Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Internal Error) from 104.108.165.185.

Can't really tell what is wrong from internal error:

internal_error
An internal error unrelated to the peer or the correctness of the
protocol (such as a memory allocation failure) makes it impossible
to continue. This message is always fatal.

No idea what to do about it.

Works all of a sudden, logged in and its all working
