2x PS4 controller problems
Hi,

I connect my primary controller via bluetooth and my secondary controller via a USB cable (mac will not allow two controllers to connect via bluetooth). I have played Portal 2 with this configuration without issue in the past. However, I have experienced the following issues with Portal 2 and Rocket League this week.

Portal 2:
- one of the controllers will start firing portals repeatedly, until the trigger is pressed, which will temporarily resolve the issue until it starts again.
- one of the controllers will have completely weird bindings, even though both controllers use the same configs from steam big picture.

Rocket League:
- The triggers and directional sticks work fine, but the cross, square, circle and triangle buttons either do not register at all, or have extreme lag associated with their presses (5+ seconds).

Rocket League functions perfectly with one controller connected via bluetooth.

Is anyone else having issues like this? Any advice is welcome to resolve this!

Thanks

Have you recently updated your Mac to OS X High Sierra?

Hi, I updated my OS after I started having these issues, hoping that it might solve the problem.

I have managed to make both controllers work via the following precise steps:

1) open/login to steam
2) open big picture
3) turn on bluetooth controller so it connects
4) open the game
5) once the game has fully loaded, press the PS button on the remaining controller and while it is flashing insert the USB cable - the controller will then register in steam

By following these steps I have been able to use both controllers simultaneously without any issues.

I'm having the exact same issue, specifically with both points about Portal 2. It seems they still haven't fixed it.

Same issue here.. I've tried with Dualshock 3, Xbox One & Trustmaster gamepads : they all works fine individually, but does'nt when at least two of them are connected...
