Steam won’t download anything
So I’ve never used steam before and I’ve been wanting to play Comedy Night, so I bought it and ever since yesterday it hasn’t downloaded ANYTHING. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online and I also tried buying another game just to see if anything would happen but that game won’t download either, if anybody has a possible solution I would greatly appreciate it

Sometimes I do this whem games have problems.......From your Steam Client, open the Preferences panel by selecting "Steam > Preferences" from the top left client menu. In the Settings panel, select the Downloads tab and you'll find the "Clear Download Cache" button at the bottom. Then select "OK" to confirm and acknowledge that you'll need to login to Steam again.

I had exactly the same problem for a very long time, today I deleted everything (literally, everything - files that I never knew that existed on my computer) that was connected with Steam. Then I downloaded it from steam website and now everything works perfect.

You just have to make sure to delete all old files that Steam uses.

Hope it works for you too!

edit: worked on my MacBook Pro late 2013
