Can't enter password if macbook goes to sleep while playing games.

Hi all. Having an issue where if my macbook goes to sleep while I've got a game running the OS won't let me type my password in to unlock the screen. I have to just force a restart.

I would recommend checking your Energy Saver Preferences and/or reset your NVRAM.

Yes, you would have to go to your settings then click the icon that should be a light bulb and says Energy Saver and configure it the way you would like it. But not being able to enter the password I am not sure maybe just a bit of lag with the game running on sleep mode you may have to wait a little then. If that doesn't work try heading to the Apple website and see if people have simular problems and see the solutions if nothing then make a discussion on there and there may be a lot of people to help you then on here.
