Parallels and Steam


Hi,



I prefer running a game for a Mac on my Mac.

However some are some games I don't expect to be ported over to the Mac. Would there be a problem if I run parallels (a virtual computer program that runs windows within a Mac)?

I ask because I'm not sure if steam would work with this or even if a game functioned would the other parts of steam like achievements not work? It would be on my computer that alreay works with steam but functionally it would be a computer within a computer and I don't know if steam and Parallels work well together. Does anyone else know?

Yes both Bootcamp and Parallels can run Steam fine.

Bootcamp is up to 10x times faster though...

Are there any problems with steam such as if are games registering when an achievement has been completed?
