Asking since this thread is in the MAC forum and it is a Windows only game.
There is a way to play windows games on mac. There are more complex ways but a lot of people have had luck by installing the game on an external hard drive and playing it from there.
Which is why I'm asking because it will not let him install it if he wasn't using one of those methods. But just DL'ing it to an external won't be enough. Uplay games don't work like that.
This is the tutorial I am using. So far it seems to work as the game is trying to install. Because of the size, it'll take a while, of course, so hopefully, it may work.
