Universal Access

When I play CS GO on my mac, the notification saying "pls turn on ur universal access" keeps appearing. Can anyone help me to fix this?

Yes I have a similar problem as when I try to make an in-game purchase it will not let me becasue it says i need to turn on universal access and I have followed the steps and turned on this access in system preferences but am still unable to purchase anyhing?

This problem has been around for a month now for pretty much all Mac users

I tried to send this problem to sutem support.
they sent some template of solution.
I replied nothing changed. then they sent this. I hope to fix quickly.
