[L4D2]Error ! App '222860' state is 0x402 after update job

I have tried to install L4D2 server on my VPS(on qcloud Tecent), but it shows:Error ! App '222860' state is 0x402 after update job. I have downloaded 59.20 percent but I cannot continue downloading. What should I do to fix it?

My Network is normal, I can ping store.steampowered.com

Keep trying again and again. SteamCMD seems to eventually work if you get this sort of issue

I met this problem last night. I solve this problem with newest STEAMCMD. Sometimes steamcmd can't auto upgrade to newest(too old)
