ERROR! Failed to install app '10' (No subscription)

Hi,
I'm trying to make CS 1.6 server. Unforutnately, during install (teamcmd.sh +login anonymous +app_update 10 validate +quit) I'm getting error as in title ( "ERROR! Failed to install app '10' (No subscription)" ).
But when I will give my credentials (instead of anonymous login), it is working just fine. It is weird, because when I was creating similar server 1 year ago, anonymous login was working just fine. Do you have any idea, why it is not working now?

Known issues
ERROR! Failed to install app 'xxxxxx' (No subscription)
If you get the 'No subscription' error, the game/server you are trying to download either requires a login or that you have purchased the game. You will therefore have to log in with a Steam username and password – if that doesn't help, you may need to purchase a copy of the game on Steam first. See Dedicated Servers List.

Use a separate steam account (a new one) to login with, it should worn then even if it doesn't have the game.

have you set the force_install_dir ?
have you tried without a one-liner ? (interactive)

Install it on your C drive.
That worked for me.
