Server only accepting connections from game lobby

I have setup a server on my own machine. Whenever I try to connect to my own server, I get this message:

Server only accepting connections from game lobby 192.168.xxxx

I want to setup a private server to play with my friends, not LAN.

As a workaround I have tried delisting my server from matchmaking with sv_steamgroup_exclusive 1 but I get the same error.

I start the server with srcds_run -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 +sv_setsteamaccount MYKEY -net_port_try 1 sv_steamgroup_exclusive 1

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
