I am already 26 and have been neither having a girlfriend nor a date. My Father and cousin gets married at 27. I am going to be backward in term of Girl Boy relationship. Please give me some tips to convince the lady around me to be my girlfriend.

Okay some real advice:
1) Be yourself. Don't pretend to be someone you're not (and have confidence-Don't shy away)
2) Give her simple compliments
3) Just do stuff together
4) Agree with her when she talks about others.
5) If you end up arguing on something-she is always right. (Even if you know she is wrong.)
6) Hygiene is important (brush your teeth, take you baths, smell good)
7) The girl you choose to target-you should always shower before hanging with her-up your clothes (like casually if you wear jeans & tee-make sure there is no holes in your jeans & no stains on your tee plus adding a casual dress shirt won't hurt. If you know you'll see her at a formal wear event then instead of dressing like your going to church-dress like you're a CEO of a company) Believe me, this will make you stand out among your friends. You want her to have you in her mind.

If you ever get her stuff progress in the items as the relationship progresses:
start with-texting/writing to her or getting her flowers
next is some chocolates/candy
start taking photos of the activities you do about the 3rd to 5th date in. (center some of them around her, others around you and also you & her)
Buy her some music she likes (this should be like the 6th date in because you know she be around.)
The jewelry & stuff shouldn't happen until you both start getting serious about each other. However, cute presents like stuff animals or a game (if she's a gamer is fine.)
