It depends, if you have followed the series (which I assume you havent since you dont already have me3) then no, it is not worth buying it, purely because it has all the gameplay problems 2 has, but in general makes them worse. And of course it has one of, if not the, worst endings in gaming history.
If you havent followed the series, then it is worth buying, but only for about 20€ at most. The ending wont be quite so bad (because one of the reasons the ending is bad is for retroactively ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything up), though it will be pretty atrocious. And while it will still have gameplay issues, you wont have me1 in your mind constantly making you think "X worked well in 1, why did they fark it up!?".
If they think like me and most gamers the game was probably highly flushed down the toiler drain after taking the sucking award
