What to watch after Steins;Gate

[PLZ Watch Battlestar Galactica]

I literately just finished Steins;Gate. Man that anime was...I can't even begin to describe how awesome it is. However, now I have the "void" that comes after finishing any really good anime, any suggestions on what I should watch next to help fill the void? Thanks, and El Psy Congroo... :D

It's funny, five months after I finished it and someone finally answers and I'm still looking for another anime that can top Steins;Gate. Sometimes I wish I didn't watch it so that I can rewatch it again for the first time.

Animu:
I personally enjoy short animus, 20 episodes is usually the max.

-For the casual-
blue excorsist was pretty entertaining, it's the typical characters + school, but it's short (20 something ep), and a class based witchhunter series.

panty stocking - silly presentation, but very sex/violent/sweet music filled, and 10 something episodes, it's short enough to see in one weekend

-For the story-
ghost in the shell: stand alone complex - if you're REALLY wanting a story arc to get into, it's there. it's just you have to be in the mood for the backstory. it sums up a lot of things though.

-Unexplainable-
magical shopping arcade abenobashi - there's like 5-6 episodes, and they're all typical adventure this, magic that. but the LAST episode. the conclusion. it went from LOL KAWAII DESU to this srs. Well.

Animus on -my- to watch list:
Naoki Urasawa's Monster - psycho/suspense

fun! Claymore theme song - danzai no hana excellent metal theme strangely made by cookie cutter band.

Movies:
Perfect blue / パーフェクトブルー was a great take on today's superfan facebook otaku culture. NSFW, DO NOT read a synopsis, there's a great twist. Just watch it.

Wasted XIII was a tolerable Patlabor. Think cliche mystery- "if that's...! then that means.. (story moves on). It has VERY little to do with the mechs, and.. well it would kill the story.

If you haven't seen Evangelion try the reboot, the story is broken into acts or if you're a purist the original.

The garbage

Ergo proxy, witch hunter robin - boring, feelings feelings boring
dual! parallel adventure - typical mechs + abnormally high female char to male ratio pandering.
Heatguy J - one episode, the rest cliche boring
L/R - gay 007 duo, meh.
Read or die - cool name, realyl boring.
gravitation - over hyped, and boring.
deathnote - cool first 5 episodes (also has mth's sweet themes like "what's up people"!!), then repeat/boring
anything with 200+ episodes (inuyasha, naruto, conan) = boring, soap opera, feelings, feelings talk, well astro boy was just boring
pokomon = marketing vessel

[Baka Survivor]

if you just watched steins gate then you should watch Chaos;Head. it by the same people i believe.
