It wouldn't surprise me if it's simply because your computer can't handle streaming and playing the game at the same time.

If you're broadcasting to Twitch in HD, it might be worth broadcasting in a lower resolution and seeing if that helps.

However i will be upgrading my video card to a amd radeon 7850. I currently have a 7450. Will that help me at all with increasiung my frames. Or would it be ideal to upgrade my processor as well?

(Btw ik this is leading to the system and hardware page but is is still related to streaming.)
I see this is pretty old but if you are still having issues I recommend OBS, its less CPU intensive than xsplit. OBS will still put a large load on your cpu and if you have an older CPU you might need to stream in 480 to avoid dropping frames, especially with more CPU intensive games (COD)

Lol, I already firgured out the problem, I do use obs and i only found out that is lags with minecraft but I can handle it, it stays at a solid 30 fps in that game, However with other games its just like playing without streaming. I do appreciate your comment though :)
