Yeah what's so crazy about this? I personally think it's kinda cool- I hope it's cheaper than the 3DS so my friends can grab it for some of the great games that Nintendo has.

Keep in mind that this system is targeted towards parents who are buying the system for their younger child. Considering many parents have been worried about the 3D effect screwing with the eyes of little kids, and this thing is slightly bulkier and child-proof because of the lack of clamshell design, I'd say it's a good idea for its target audience. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Plain and simple.

roll down the freaking 3d, duct tape it, and you have a 2ds. Honestly. If a kid can't understand "Don't use the 3d feature" Should they even be PLAYING video gamaes?
