People are already losing their skulls whenever Square Enix puts out a $14.99 title for Final Fantasy Tactics a game that's a zillion times better than all the junky F2P stuff on the iOS store. Or how you had to 'convince' people that paying $20 for xcom on the iOS was 'worth the price'.
In addition to that, Valve would have to implement the ability to launch these compatible games on your phone. And finally, Valve would need to acquire the rights to be able to sell the game licenses for these mobile versions of the games from the publishers (as well as actually be given the game files for users to download).
