How do I get a Tour/Visit of Valve Headquarters?

Hey guys,

I'm actually from New York and am visiting Seattle currently (It's a really amazing city). I wanted to know how I should go about trying to get a Tour or Visit of Valve Headquarters. I have heard about other people doing so and wanted to know what things I should do to maximize my chance at getting a tour.
