Minecraft how to: Delete the META-INF folder (PC ONLY)

I finally figured out how to delete the meta-inf folder!

After many ours of searching for answers i finally figured out how to.

1). Get WinRAR archiver (32 bit or 64 bit it doesnt matter really.
U can skip this if you have already created a computer shortcut or have already learned this.
2). Go to the start button.

3). type in %appdata%

4). press enter. you will now see a series of folders.

5).go to the .minecraft folder.

6). go to the bin folder

7). now you want to right click the minecraft folder.

8). go to Open With> then do the WinRAR archiver.

9) now if you dont see the META-INF folder here is what to do:

9b). exit out of the WinRAR folder.

9c). it will now be smack dab in the top of the minecraft folder.

10). then delete it

10b). if this doesnt work and you dont see it then i have no idea what to do at all
