Nintendo eStore frickin content restriction

Does someone have a wii u or nintendo 3ds? I live in EU and apparently Nintendo follows some stupid german law so that you can only watch +18 items on the estore after 23pm or something like that.. I was wondering if i could just change my region to like.. Australia? without having problems..

I'm pretty sure they're checking your IP, so changing location wouldn't do much, but you could try it, of course.

And how exactly would that help the OP access the Nintendo eStore without the restrictions?
It even says Nintendo eStore in the topic, how could anyone be so blind and miss that?
