Best place to buy older pokemon games?

I was intersted in purchasing a brand new copy of pokemon diamond, i seen a seller on buy.com selling it for $30 but i'm afraid it might be a fraud.Im wary of resealed copy's.Does anyone know a good place to purchase this?

I bought my older Pokémon games off eBay, but I made sure the people I purchased from had photos of the cartridge I could compare to images of "The real deal". I also made sure it was a reasonable price (IE: You won't get a boxed Emerald for $5!)

In one case, I actually got a counterfeit Pokémon Ruby, but after contacting the seller they gave me a refund _AND_ a legit version. Guess they didn't want to get in trouble. :)

... So, basically, try and get photos of their cartridge and make sure the price seems reasonable.

Thanks for the advice! I think i should just buy a copy from a reliable person on ebay!$30 bucks for diamond seems a little too good.
