It's quite unique from other games, the reason why a bit of people who don't like it is because it was a big change from other games, way to go notch! You broke the chain of inpending boredom!

Minecraft sucked but it inspired EverquestNext 's voxel world system so I guess that makes it the mario of it's genre.

I hate minecraft, it's now just some building game and youtubers milk as much money as possible from it, and it's now a mandatory download for people under 13.
