Geralt de Rivia vs Sephiroth

I was thinking about who would win a fight beetween Geralt de Rivia (Polish book character and The Witcher protagonist) and Sephiroth (Main antagonist of Final Fantasy VII)

Rules: No preparation involved, just a random encounter. Sephiroth has his masamune katana and abilities from FF VII game and Geralt has most poweful weapons, most effective potions, strongest armour and better spells in The Witcher 2: Assasins of Kings.
Battle takes place in a random field with enough trees and places to hide (if necessary).

So please, let me know your opinion. =)
