You guys are really helping. Steam's got a great community.
When i play a game, it just feels as time passes, and I've done nothing successful or anything important.
It's like I'm a waste of space.
Yet I just cant help it when I want to play something.
And even though I have all this other equipment in my room that I could do to feel more useful
such as a drawing tablet, a guitar, weights, I don't bother with them, and I just... sit in my chair
and do nothing.
It's quite sad, really :/
The fact that ignorance is a blessing. Is once again proven.
Don't be so quick to judge, just because someone disagrees. The guy has a point, albeit very poorly spoken. If you in fact feel like you're wasting your time, you should be asking yourself: why then, are you doing it?
Sure, you enjoy gaming but maybe you should consider trying other hobbies too. Drawing or writing are two very cheap options.
Or are you just thinking this way because society claims that it is? Playing games is not a waste of time, as long as the game you're playing let's you think and interact instead of running to a dot for hours upon hours. Because the latter will do nothing but empty and neutralise your brain.
But a game that forces you to think and interact will tease the consciousness. And that is more than what can be spoken of for the drunken society of today ^^
