I'm still pissed off that Red Dead Redemption isn't coming to PC.

Well, that's about as close as you're gonna get lol.

Check out Call of Juarez and Lead and Gold. Out of those two, I've personally only played Lead and Gold. It was alright for a few bucks. Neither are open world cowboy games though. The only open world cowboy games I can think of would be the Red Dead series. They unfortunately aren't on PC.

Not got round to trying it yet so don't know if it's any good but 'Gun' might be worth a look.

"Gun"

Its a great Game, Open world, Wild West, everything you asked for. But it´s a bit old, so don´t expect the Graphics to look fancy;)

On my profile you can find several screenshots form this great game^^

I disagree.
Fallout (3.1) New Vegas is the best solution on PC at the moment.

Gun is amazing, but as everyone said, it's pretty old... Can be addictive for a while but.

Luckslinger is a 2D platformer wild west themed coming on june 17 (im a beta tester) and Westerado is a Open World action game. and Boot Hill Heroes is Earthbound slapped in the face with Wild West. So theres 3 Great wild west games on steam, Luckslinger, Westerado, and Boot Hill Heroes
