mass effect or dead space?

which series is more fun? im getting the collections for one of them but i dont knwo which one is better.

Dead space, it's way more scarier! But I dont like either's gameplay; Dead space's PERMANENT off-set 3rd person view just got on my wick, half the screen's obscured by my own body which i wouldnt be able to see the back of anyway??why have that?
Mass effect, I like the team based command tactics but it doesnt make much difference, not like brothers in arms did, and the game is so linear, i've finished it by t-time, and had a very expensive day! Maybe I'll just stick to the RPG games then, huh?

heard dead space is just a story plot game with little action. i never look at gameplays because i like to keep it a mystery if i even play it. my friend told me all you do is collect intels and just kill things to just get more intel

I'd say Mass Effect as it has alot more replay value and the MP for ME 3 is still well populated the last time I checked. Though Dead Space is very good.

This is a hard pick, o none hand you got epic story where what you do matters and on the other hand you got another good story with horror. i dont think i can be of much help here.

I recommend Dead space as the ending of mass Effect 3 was a let down.

Mass Effect is generally the better game in my opinion, it has a very good story and likeable characters along with choices you can make during the game which will affect the next in some manner. Even if you can't get ME3 on Steam I think 2 was the best of the series, 1st was the second best.
As for Dead Space, I got quite bored of it to be honest and couldn't even be bothered to finish the first game despite already buying the second on Steam, its just another one of those Resi 4 style horror games.

mass effect is alot of fun i have to say...play it and save up for the spring sale for dead space.probably be 7.49 usd by then...lol
