I need to finally watch this this weekend. I keep seeing it pop up here and there.

i quite liked m3gan, definitely a surprise. allison williams is becoming a favourite of mine in new horror films, after "get out", "the perfection" and m3gan.
if you enjoyed m3gan, i also recommend "abigail" (2024) released rather recently. it was pretty good! the director also made "southbound", "ready or not" and the original VHS, all horror films i quite enjoyed.
there is a film that even with my obsession of horror cinema i have not been able to be finding that is extremely similar to m3gan. i looked for it a handful of times, but could never be finding it. i watched it on netflix, years back. the plot is extremely similar to m3gan, about a gynoid going berserk. it is not deus ex machina, or any other famous film. it was a very low budget indie film.
mia goth is my favourite modern horror actor, i was fully convinced of this in "pearl", but she is incredible in every role. she can play whimsy, mystifying psychopaths so extremely well.

she is just brilliant.
Bro, I ain't down with that anti-meat vegan nonsense. Nothing tastes better than wild game. Grilled deer burgers for life.
