You gotta be really entertaining or be really good at a game to get people to watch you or both. Nobody is going to watch you if you start streaming and its just you playing like the average player with your microphone off.

Yep, anything else it'll result in people being turn off by the channel.

if you are looking to get into streaming for financial reasons, i really discourage this. it is a extremely oversaturated market. there are uncountable amounts of people who are attempting to get into online content creation, very very very few reach a point where they are able to make this their primary income source. i understand job market is bad for all right now across the globe, but even a low paying job would be giving you more steady income than streaming unless you are the top % of streamers
