Reminds me of my uncles cat, he got as a kitten... since a mother cat decided it would be a great idea to climb under the car into the warmish engine area to have it's litter of kittens. He only noticed before starting the car engine the next morning, because it was already "purring". We still have no idea how the mother cat and 6 newly born kittens all stayed around the engine without just falling out! No one took ownership of the cat either, but they all got new homes, except one he kept himself named "Sooty".

There were around 10 videos about them but unfortunately it seems they're deleted, there are reuploads at least.
