i like steak but, i would definitely not be paying ludicrous amounts that you sometimes see for certain cuts of steak in such places. i dont think any food is worth that much
I love "Hans im Glück" or "Peter Pan" in Germany. They probably don't have the best burgers but I really like their menus. Their selfmade drinks are nice and you can have an unlimited amount of a variety of sauces.

Onion rings and a hotdog slivered between two mushroom slices of pizza double folded.(what never heard of a greeasecheesenotwait...grilled cheese burger it is just a new fold/twist to it)
No really still working on it.. Sometimes the crunch of the exterior while still juicy on the inside without going meatball takes precision
and of course thin and and stacked goes a long way
If this was about toppings be one thing.
Burger cooking it slightly like a chili the meat and then packing it to be a burger then have it roasted or broiled.. course is it ment to be from coarse ground, fine, chopped, is it a ribeye's eye or just near the bone, is it sirloin or chuck, perhaps a Tbone or porthouse and only the filet pieces get used.....
love mushrooms on burgers. i am liking them in salads and pasta as well
