Your favorite makeup?
I’m curious to know what makeup products you all swear by! Whether it’s a holy grail foundation, your go-to lipstick shade, or an eyeshadow palette that never lets you down, I’d love to hear about your favorite beauty items.

What makeup brands or products do you reach for every day? Or is there a specific product that you feel is a total game-changer for your routine?

I'm a big fan of Maybelline because it helps me hide my manly looks. I enjoy tricking guys into thinking they're dating a beautiful model.

Looking forward to hearing about your faves and maybe discovering some new ones to try!

You were tricked. Bigger eyes and fuller lips are just fashion trends. Different features are beautiful, regardless of the current trend. This is why natural is better and people who wear too much get made fun of.

You bought into a terrible industry. Not only does it ruin your face by making acne worse, they then turn around and sell you the product to "fix" that issue. It's a fantastic business model. Convince women they need it, it creates a problem, sell the fix to the problem. Y'all been had.

Large eyes and full lips are feminine and hence beautiful. You can't argue with what is universally attractive. It might seem unfair that some people are less attractive than others but it is what it is. Not everyone is equal and nor should they be.

No, I take care of my skin and wash off any make up. I don't wear much and I don't wear it everyday either. I'm almost 35 yet I look like I'm in my early 20's. I wear make up because it looks attractive and I enjoy being attractive. If some women don't enjoy being attractive then that's fine but the rest of us will continue to do what makes us happy.

You obviously don't understand trends. It's what's beautiful RIGHT NOW. That'll change.

The insecurity to need to change how you look is really sad. I wish women were more confident with themselves.

I highly doubt you look early 20s. Even still, I'm not talking about you specifically. "your" means women collectively.

lmfao unless you are unhygienic or allergic to some ingredients no makeup will not give you acne
there are lots of women that almost never take off their makeup yet underneath their skin is better than most people's, your skin health is down to your skincare routine, diet and overall health and genetics
this is not 1900's where everything has lead and ♥♥♥♥ in it, most makeup actually has skincare ingredients in them, especially stuff from Korea uwu

"Alexa, does makeup cause acne?"
"Yes."

Its always been that way. Full lips, large, eyes and clear even skin have always been attractive throughout the decades.

I'm not insecure, far from it. I take pride in my appearance. I want to look well presented, most people do.

My profile picture is of me and I took that picture a few days ago. I still get IDed. I've been mistaken for a teenager even. There's no need for sour grapes.

Google can also tell you if you have a stomach ache you have cancer, doesn't mean it's true uwu

No, it hasn't. Look at the Mona Lisa, she was considered beautiful. Squinty eyes and thin lips. Trends come and go.

You are insecure if you have to plaster your face to feel pretty. Deny it all you want but actions speak louder than words.

Do you always make strawman arguments?

I feel sorry for you. You're not able to accept that beauty is not a universal thing. Some people possess beauty and some don't that's the honest truth.

To me you're the one that sounds insecure. You're getting very angry about women wearing make up. Why is that?

I swear there's a language barrier here lmao I know beauty isn't a universal thing. Guess what? Beauty standards aren't a universal thing either like you seem to think it is. No one is talking about whatever you're talking about. I don't care that ugly people exist or have different features.

How? Because I prefer natural people? lol I'm not angry that they wear makeup, I'm annoyed that you can't grasp basic concepts.

I'm from the UK, there's no language barrier. If you look at women throughout the decades they all have features in common, the ones I described. Those features look youthful and feminine. Thin lips and small eyes don't look youthful or feminine, they look old and masculine.

Okay, good for you. Most people don't prefer women without make up or other beauty treatments. I can understand what you're saying perfectly its just that you're projecting your own preferences on other people. Most people like those features, they like women who look feminine and made up. Just because you don't like that it doesn't mean that you can change the fact most people find that attractive.

Again, that is objectively untrue because beauty standards change.

You are doing the exact same thing lmao just because you're unattractive without makeup and people prefer you plastered with it doesn't mean most people prefer it.

You can tell yourself that if you want.

Lol someone sounds jealous. Lashing out at me won't make you any better looking, sweetheart.

I can tell myself that because it's backed up by history and not feelings.

Okay, let's do a fun little critical thinking exercise. What would I be jealous of?
