What will DLSS 5 do with the NVidia RTX 6090 ?
I hope that DLSS5 will finally manage to fix stutterstruggle in games, and that it won't be another cringe 3.0 Frame Generation or a change of DLSS model.

That's a 16 minute video about games

I have put a timestamps at 60 seconds, the section about stutterstrugle.

You mean how long it takes to compile shaders?

Yeah but most specifically, the stutters (micro-freeze/micro-lag) that compilation ntroduce, which make the exxperience abomniable on PC. Some games compile shaders for several minutes before you even launch the game, so that you play a stutter-free experience but in many titles, it doesn't even eliminate every stutters.

So maybe with the power of DLSS5, we can use the power of AI, Machine Learning and tensor cores to exterminate stutters in PC gaming.

I think it only takes a long time the first time or when you update drivers, but yeah it's stupid how long it takes. We made it to an age where we can finally load games really fast on nvme just to slow it back down again with shader compilation.

Well, many PC games don't have any stutter compillation steps at all before launching the game and many games that do have them, it still doesn't "catch" all the shaders and so it still stutters when you play the game, even though you did the "full" shader compillation.

And not only that but there are two main kinds of stutters: stutters due to shader compillation and traversal stutters (when crossing a new area of the map)...You can eliminate shader stutters in the first case if you do it right with a good compilation before launching the game but for traversal stutters, which are very common in Unreal Engine, nothing can be done it seems.

So instead of creating fake frames, NVidia should try to fix this with DLSS5 in a "out-of-the-box" solution using AI.

dlss & upscaling & artifivial frame generation = useless crap.
fake frames.
it should be against the law to list performance including dlss under false adverrisement & fraud laws.

dlss, framegen& upscaling I never use and nobody should use.
we need no ai cores only cuda..
even rtx is a gimmic that in the real world only make games look ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
(due it make devs slack in lvl design)

but what we do need is gpus with a normal tdp & a normal price and with a better real performance gain per generation than the abysmal 5% of 5000 serirs.

5090 should have cost 1389 euro including 21% vat
(1199 usd) and have 250w tdp

5080 should have cost 659 euro incl. 21% vat (569 usd) and have 180w tdp

5070 should cost 459 euro inc. 21% vat (399 usd) and have 150w tdp

5060 should cost 259 euro incl. 21% vat. (229 usd) and have 120w tdp

and NONE of them should have dlss upscaling or any of that crap.. their performance should be native.

Frankly, I will buy a brand new PC with a RTX 6090 and 4k@240hz G-Syn DP2.1 monitor, to only play pre-2019 video games at native 4k@240fps....Modern video games are so much unoptimized trash with woke DEI Vanguard Blackrock propaganda and cringe-fest dialogue. YIKES

It'll take the new single-frame games and pan around that image like in documentaries to give the perception of motion

Hey man, if you clearly have 0 knowledge and 0,0 skills in technology like this.
maybe go do something else in life.
you will never get the time back that you wasted on this nonsense gibberish and worst of all, I not get time back reading your brain having a stroke xd

With the new Unreal Engine that comes out when the 6090 comes out will cause it to become a slideshow even with DLSS.

Unreal Engine 6? Nah, it will be released when the RTX 8090 releases.

DLSS created FSR. Then Xess came along. So far, have kept my Gtx 1070 and Steam deck running well.

Theyre good technologies just being used wrong. Hating on Dlss is just unreasonable at this point

they ruin the quality and for those who cannot see it, you need better glasses if not then get glasses
If you are buying the 6090 but not the Ti model, that is a YOU problem (lack of research).

Ti model only releases 1 year later, same architecture, same DLSS...
