I don't have one. I don't have a favourite anything.
reach into bag, pull out bread, eat it.

i am too depressed to cook fine meals any longer.
Cheeseburger
Fries
Coke
Nugget.
cook a cows tongue for 48 hours.. in water and herbs.

-melt butter.. add flour creating a rouge add some of the now beef boillion as well as cream to create a fantasic sauce..
slice the cowd tonngue in slices lay in a ceramic serbing tray and pour the souce all over so its all fully covered.. top the lid and place on a candle heater.. keep hot..
keep offcutts (that not made perfect slices aside..

now add fresh cut up vegetables to the broth as well as lovage..
toss in halve your offcuts ..as meat.
and get the best soup ever.

put a puff pastry shell in the oven till done..
.. prepare your ragout with the other halve of the tongue offcuts mixed it..

fill the puff patries with this ragout..

now open your german pinot noir from a good winehouse.. and poor a glass.. to enjoy along the meal refill glasses when empty just keep it pouring..

serve first this "ragout filled pasty"
second course.. some of the soup

main course :
-alongside your cow tongue you serve..

**chicory wrapped in slices of good ham and houda cheese grilled about 1 hour in the oven

*pears stewed for hours in muled wine with added cinemon stick vanila bean and staranise..

*freshly made cranberry compote

*babypotatoes in peel with rosemary, grilled in oven.

*asperagus wrapped in slices of good ham, with holandaise sauce poured over them and halve a boiled egg alongside.

ofcourse all made from scratch from real ingredients imcluding the sauces..
no aroma but real thing..
all spices fresh..
.no frozen or jar or powdered ingredients..

.. when this feast is consumed...

fourth course..
homemade icecream (whole raw milk boiled.. turned in custard with fresh eggyokes.. the real way.. add the inside of real vanillabeans and add raw organic honey to sweaten..
than freeeze this mixture..

give all a bowl of this icecream but no spoons turn off all lights so its dark for guests.. the only light a single candle on the table..

go to kitchen
you take cherries on syrup (you made and jarred these some weeks before but these you are alowed to buy jarred)
pour them in a pan and heat them up.. not till boiling just.. hot.. you take of the fire
you pour an entire hioflast of high alcohol (70% or more) kirch spirit on top and lit on fire!
you walk to your guestw the blue flame on your panvery clearlu visable.. you than scoop sone of the cherries on each bown.. thet shoulf remain burning.. even if serving 20 guests.. they burn quite long..

once they stop burning turn back on some lights hand spoons and enjoy your icecream..

after this leave the dining table to go sit on a comfirtable sitting area but keep group togerher (leather sofa near fireplace perfect)
there you get served a cappuchino.. or double espresso to close a well enjoyed meal .

now THATS my favorite meal preferably with a large but not too large group of friends and family (intimate but crowdy) say 10-20 people.

Place some bread on a grill, wait for one side to start to brown, flip it over and do the same for the other side.

Once done, pull it out, slap some butter on it and eat.

Idk what my wife made, but it is pretty good. Its a plate of chips and dipping cheesy stuffs with veggies and ground beefs. The cheesy part is pretty hot (pepper) and not bad taste, something like taco and i have no idea what this is called or just plain made up.

Chicken Fajitas

Sizzling on a pan with fresh made flour tortilla and salsa... lots of salsa

No guacamole, no sour creme, no beans

yellow rice
extra pico
combo shredded cheese

Take a hot wrap and layer in some rice, this helps to soak up some salsa juice and keep the wrap from falling apart.
Then the fried green peppers and onions with chicken
top with pico, then cheese, then salsa

fold one end to cup it, gorge
to many to list all of them.....

but i give you one.....pizza with grilled chicken, bacon and/or red onion or green pepper with a Alfredo sauce with provolone cheese as a base of the toppings BUT above the sauce with mozzarella on top of the toppings so it wont mix with the provolone.....topped off with a stuffed crust that is only provolone and bacon with a garlic butter glazed.....
