There are more chances that Poland might invade western part of Ukraine. It will happen eventualy(when big bosses in Washington will say: you can).
At this moment Ukraine is holding ex-Polish territories in western parts.
At this moment Poland is holding some Germany territories.
At this moment Lithuania(whatever they called) is holding some Polish territories.

Well, as John Kerry pointed out in 2013, Americans have a right to be stupid. It's guaranteed by the US Constitution. Sure, if you don't know your history, you're doomed to repeat its mistakes, but who really cares? Certainly not Donald Trump.

I usually try to keep out of any sort of political debate on the internet. The last time I did, I tried to explain the Hague Convention to an American veteran who was so full of hatred and ignorance that it was painful. That was almost a decade ago, but this is getting more and more annoying with each consecutive year.

Remember the Hitler-Stalin Pact and the division of Poland? Did that prevent an escalation between Germany and Russia back then? Not really. Trump is trying the same nonsense right now, wanting to prove himself and please his own ego. This is what happens when you make a dumb, spoiled rich kid one of the most powerful men in the world.

And believe me: for people like Trump and Putin war is not bad. It's a business, and it's a big business. The problem is that you can start a war whenever you want, but you can't stop it whenever you want.

Ridiculous you shouldnt believe what some news says. Russia wont attack any european country simply because their military is still too weak. The area they were able to get from Ukrains is tiny. And this after 3 years of war and a nearly defaulted ukrainian military.

In comparison polands army alone is about 1000 times stronger and more efficient. Granted the trans european armies are very weak because you cannot make war with SWJ and snowflakes. But still they have some good soldiers and lots of military. This would add up to polands strong army.

Russia is only strong because they have nuclear weapons. Their normal military sucks a$$. Even after 3 years of war against a nearly defaulted ukrainian military they only managed to get a tiny area from Ukraine which were already mostly under their client states control.

But Polands has spent a lot of money and effort into their military. Its the only country in the EU which is in the position to fight in a real war. In case they have to defend their home country they have still the patriotic feelings to do so. While in most european countries normal people would just flee. Russia would not even get 5 miles into Poland. The polish people won the last war against russia too.

Putin knows all of this and would never dare to attack poland nor the 3 baltic states.

He may get a small part of moldavia, though if they are dumb enough to light the fire even more instead of just sit it out.

You should check your facts, mate. Poland had no chances against both the German and the Russian invasions. Their army was weak and outdated, but that doesn't mean that they didn't fight back. I still knew some people who fought there. Cavalry attacks against tanks is a rather one-sided affair, but my deep respects to everyone who has the balls to try that. That even beats Tennyson's six hundred.
