You can try getting an answer to your question on a forum. But only If anyone knows the answer, it will be answered. It is what it is. People do not always know everything. You can't expect miracles. It doesn't make people "bad." They just don't know the answer.

It is the third strongest forum area. Provides added value and customer loyalty. You also get a picture of public opinion. It would be unwise to delete it in my opinion.
