Plenty of them out there bigger and stronger than America during its day if you take into consideration technologies of their times compared to others. some lasted a few dozen decades, others lasted hundreds of years, but none of them have outran the need to change when something is rotten from the inside and the empire fractures and rebuilds with a new name and government type.

The USA will at some point come to its conclusion as you know it and it won't be long before the entire nation wants the UK to rule it again under King Charles or William one day, States of the United Kingdom. or they could go despotism or split into the new confederacy and union again, who knows. Eventually a new unified nation will form out of the ashes of the old one.

peak roman empire was less people and less space than the current US (yes USA is bigger than all roman territories combined).. they had worse economy, lower technology, way way lower international influene.. dunno how u could consider them more powerful
